The Regroup Solution

1First we did a consult and had the vendor clear out most of her belongings. We knew we had to appeal to both a young demographic and a demographic who may be downsizing.

2Next we re-assessed the almost empty condo and created a vision that would not only underplay the existing paint colour but even make it fashionable. We discussed window coverings, centerpieces, how to work with the paint colour, and some unique furniture pieces that had to stay. As she requested, we took the agent with us to the furniture rental company so she could experience our process firsthand.

Lastly, we came in with the carefully selected furniture rentals and elegant accessories that would appeal to the two specific target buyer types.
