The Challenge

• Cramped and cluttered eating/dinning area
• Frayed and ratted living room
• Work around Baby Grand piano
• Empty family /rec room area in basement felt bland

The Regroup Solution

1First we did a consult and made a plan with the vendor for them to remove a few pieces of furniture and wall art that we would replace with extremely high end pieces. We also mapped an area to create a defined Living room near he baby grand.

2On Staging day we brought in ultra modern and ultra high end iconic chairs, carpets and art work. We used elegant accessories throughout including on the baby grand. We replaced a worn brown leather sofa with a softer caramel microsuede one which toned down the browns in the family room and made the room brighter, lighter yet more welcoming.

3Next, in the lower level that had recently been dry walled, we created a kid-cave-popcorn-eating-movie-watching-lounging room where none had existed previously.
