The Challenge

• Most of the house was cluttered and over stuffed
• Living room and dining room were almost empty
• Existing furniture had to stay

The Regroup Solution

1First we did a consult and had the vendor clear out extra dressers, toys, books, side tables, and tons of electronics. We also asked him to move the master bed and side tables.

2On Staging day we brought in bedding and accessories and we had the vendor reconfigure furniture placement. Rather than 2 couches in the family room, we put 1 in the living room. We had him move wall units and TVs into other rooms. We even fashioned a slip cover out of 2 throws.

3 We set the dining room table to create an air of welcome, and used warm family style accent pieces throughout the home. We chose lots of black and white to coordinate with the vendor's existing pieces and added touched of silver for impact.
