Our Promise to You

Regroup Procedures on Staging Day in Times of Covid-19

In order for us to work safely and to keep EVERYONE’S health and safety a priority the following is the list of new COVID 19 related procedures we have implemented as extra precautions.

o On arrival

to the property a Regroup team member will enter and sanitize all door handles, switch plates, counters & other areas that we may need to touch

o Our warehouse is

NOT open to the public and only 3 Team members have been allowed inside since March

o Our entire team

will only work wearing masks & gloves

o We are staging

in mostly vacant properties and requesting that occupied properties be vacant for at least 72 hours before our arrival. This protects all of us including other clients in upcoming projects.

o Our accessories

will not be going from home to home. All accessories, wall art, linens, etc. will be in our warehouse for at least 72 hours before being used in another property.

o All of our accessories,

wallart, linens, etc. will be sanitized prior to loading

o While at work

in your property we are practicing Social Distancing (unless we share a household) and requesting that agents, vendors & other trades NOT be present on staging day.

o None of our team

EVER come to work feeling ill and none of our team have EVER tested positive or travelled outside of Canada in 2020
